Welcome to the Charge@Large app! This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") governing your access and use of the app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    • While EVC strives for accuracy, they make no warranties or guarantees regarding the information's accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
    • You acknowledge that charging station availability may change, and EVC cannot guarantee a station's availability at any specific time or location.

  4. 4. Limitation of Liability:

    • EVC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including damages caused by inaccurate or incomplete information or an unavailable charging station.

  5. 5. Intellectual Property:

    • The content of the app, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, is the property of EVC or its licensors and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
    • You may not use any intellectual property on the app without EVC's prior written consent.

  6. 6. Anti-Scraping:

    • You may not access or use the app in any way that disrupts, overburdens, or interferes with the functionality of the app or the servers and networks that host the app.
